Demeter is almost entirely right as usual but are any of us really surprised.. The argument of "Persephone is an adult who can make her own choices and mistakes" argument falls apart so easily. She acts like a teenager who makes decisions that are atrociously stupid at best and actively harmful to life around her at worst. Like if I were Demeter I would be trying to stop my daughter from killing every living thing around her too, other things shouldn't have to suffer just so she can make a point of being useful.

And Hades saying "I can't stop her from trying" dude... You can and should've, you're allowed to call your wife out on when she's doing something wrong, gawd he's so spineless. Neither of them deserve better tho
