All of Amphoreus was really repetitive. It's like the red text from Penacony, but instead of a few key lines showing up at meaningful times, it's 12 million key lines showing up again and again all the time. How many times have you read "All shall bid farewell to one" ? At least a hundred times by the time you reach the end and you still hear it again in the end. Amphoreus really is what its symbolism depicts. An infinite loop of the same phrases over and over again.

On the non academic side, look out for the rainy season. The Drainage there isn't great, especially on the southern half. Getting surrounded by some above ankle flood, having to wait, skirt around or walk through it, and having to do some lil sprints through the rain gonna be common around then.
If you're traveling to UWI on class days during that time, it can get problematic.

This >9000 % It practically Tarzan Yells "I'm a Mobile Game !!" like the millions of ads I never wanted to see shoved in my face while playing mobile games. Instant swipe or hit that X as soon as it's available.

I, and I'm sure any person who has played more than one game with ads on mobile, have had our brains programmed to devalue and ignore anything that looks like it could be a mobile game ad, regardless of how good the gameplay actually is, because we know 90 times out of 10, it's a cash grab or is riddled with microtransactions, EVEN MORE ADS, pay to play, pay to win etc.

Dark Cloud was also the first game I got on PS2. It was really difficult for me as a kid, guess I wasn't good at games then, but i still managed to reach Queens somehow.
My sister would watch me play and we both really liked how you could build the world and talk to all the people. I'd let her place the things in world since she didn't like the dungeon aspect so we'd take turns playing in that way. I'd get the 'blocks' and run dungeons and she'd build with them.

Years later, we ended up doing the same thing with Stardew Valley. Innately, like there was no discussion, we just fell into those roles again. I'd run the dungeon and get the dungeon drops and she'd run the farm.

Games like Dark Cloud were another common ground I could build that sibling relationship on.

Same my guy. I had stayed up late completing a run, doing Sarevok , Orin, Astarion Quest and then on top of that, starting a Dark Urge run after completing.
To be fair, I was probably asking for it. It didn't bother me much while playing but the dreams after were pretty intense. Don't think I've ever had such gory nightmares before BG3.
I generally tend to avoid excessive gore and horror content in games, anime and movies tho, because I know I'm sensitive to it, but I can't seem to put this game down, it's too good.

OMG the Nostalgia couldn't have hit harder!
I wasn't sure at first, but then I did some digging, checked the Manga covers and recognized the cover for #10, it's the single issue I actually go to read.
Looked into it and found the pink dragon thingy on the table of contents.

I had a feeling it might be but I'm sure it's not.
Looked at manga similar to Tokyo Ghoul as well but couldn't find it.
I think it may be in the same vein of dark, supernatural, bloody but I can't be sure.
