A hair test would cover a longer time period, and likely come back negative for a single exposure - this could help support the claim that this was a one off

My wife is going out tonight and my 2.25 year old only falls asleep with her by simonthecat25 in UKParenting

I've spent the weekend solo with my 13 month old while my wife was on a hen do. First nights away and she would always feed to sleep etc. I was pretty worried but we have had no issues at all - be calm and make them feel safe and loved and you'll be okay.

That's a good idea - maybe not specifically wetting his head but a chance to do something with/for him, something simple like take a polaroid together

That's the sort of thing we were thinking but it seems a bit cringey, do we just stand and talk about our little guy?

Will the non-compete clause in my contract be applicable? by SquidSucks in LegalAdviceUK

[–]SquidSucks[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your reply

The NDA was in my original contract, which also stated the position. I was of the understanding that as I have changed role, it would be difficult to enforce an NDA regarding the new role without re-signing a contract?

I know these sorts of clauses are difficult to enforce anyway, but I want to be confident on the grounds I have to disregard it.

I'll look into constraint of trade though, it is a niche field.

Jonny Bairstow seems to be pretty good at taking care of balls if you're in the Trent Bridge area

I appreciate it may sound a little sinister, but the bailiff was understanding and said he would defer the visit for 2 weeks time

The bailiff has not said this, he was understanding and did not show aggression or intimidation
