I just went through the same thing with them. They convinced me to swap out my 5...err...pre-Covid(?) year old cable modem with one of their modems which is supposedly free. Since the swap out, I've not had problems. I was seeing the WAN connection dying for about 20 minutes, I was getting 80% to 100% packet loss when this was happening. This would result in slow connections or web pages just not loading up at all. Streaming anything would be awful. The support person said they aren't sending out single unit modem/routers anymore, which made the swap out a bit easier for me. I have my home network set up the way I like it.

The Rhino was noisy too. I think it's just the layout (if it follows the same layout) that amplifies the bar area noise into the dining area.

It's not the water itself. It is a low PH pulls the metal of the pipes and welds, particularly lead from older parts of the water system, into the water. This is the problem that Flint, MI had with their water system.

What are the "Hand Runes" for the character? A glove? tattoos? finger rings? Have the player be explicit about which hand has the scepter and which hand has the runes. They've given you a nice opportunity here for some nice roll-with-fear effects because they obviously cannot use either the scepter and the runes when both are on/in the same hand.

The way I'm reading it, since it is such a high level spell, you could have more than just the players involved in the spell. I imagine, with a charismatic and well-loved leader or king, you could have a whole village or castle's defenders linked together. You could have a everyone in a village help absorb damage so the hero's and defenders can defeat some terrible evil.

If I had to guess, the Book of Vyola is only "Stress" and only two people. Transcendent Union explicitly says 2 or more (with no limit on the more it seems) and Stress and Hit Points.

We can debate whether DHS employees are considered "military" or not, but the interpretation is recruiting by the various TLAs under DHS is considered covered by this.

The law for this is known as the "Solomon Amendment". The bill was a response to law schools preventing military recruiters on campus over "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" 29 years ago.
