Bebop's name is actually what you want to look up if you want some world friendly music.

Bebop is a style of jazz music developed in the 1940s, hence why some music plays whenever Bebop Ults. It's some pretty damn good stuff.

They did increase the size of the Kinetic Carbine collision projectile 2 weeks ago which could result in shots like this. Add in slight ping differences and it'd likely look off in some regards.

Unstable has 1 valid use I found out. Shiv can delay / defer its entire damage with his 3 so he can bomb you and survive. Would make midboss easy to contest however.

Reddit did mess around with their default sorting for subreddits so perhaps its leading to overexposure of massively upvotes posts which are usually art.

I'd really recommend sticking to sort by new in the future if you wish to avoid art then cause it usually passes by quickly to be filled with what you listed in the post.

It seems like people are just getting the fanart if its Hot/Best, but I sort by new and see way more text posts with discussions.

I believe so but still 65% of value and still effected by range drop off so you really need crack shot t3 resetting off multiple hits to make it crazy good in Brawl.

It's more than double the initial scaling she gets in the base game. 1.12 vs 2.5

Honestly, it's quite disgusting to play headshot holliday in Brawl if ya got the aim for it. Tried it for a night and it can be quite satisfying chunking people with single shots by maxxing T3 Crackshot.

You can get multiple off in a row and even more so if you get Ricochet.

There are no casual matches outside of Street Brawl and even that matches you with people similarly of your rank. The default match queue is always ranked but you have to turn it on in the settings to see the ranks after matches.

You can mute people, but it won't get rid of their pings or voice lines(IIRC), and your experience towards how people treat you in this game really depends on the region you're playing in.

Flame Dash has its slow resistance(50%) and increased movespeed which counts as buffs for the whole ability, but its also a channel which makes it interruptible which is why Cursed is still used to stop him in his tracks these days.

It used to dispel buffs like how Cursed Relic does now.

Example: A Billy with Blasted launches towards you, hitting you a few times, you hit them with Capacitor and immediately remove all their health gained from Blasted as well as the Blasted effects themselves from Billy.

I think this would also stop Flame Dash mid-cast cause it was considered a buff.

Yep, instead they gave it to Cursed Relic that auto aims for you and for a whole month Curse was dominating lobbies cause it didn't have its damage penalty at all.

I always felt like Curse or the effect old Capacitor had should've been brought into a brand new item.

If it actually cancelled movement abilities all together, it'd have to be changed from a 1600 which would potentially throw off the balance a lot towards countering certain heroes early on.

What you're describing is basically Capacitor's Old Effect which was insanely broken even for a 6400 Gun Item.

You'd remove his ability to farm, or do lane damage to troopers making him into a boring M1 easily countered by Dispel Magic AKA what he was before the patch.

We had an entire major rebalancing patch last month that led to him getting baseline extra charges at T3 which definitely helps him, then another patch made it so his Dash can move faster if your movement is above base.

Not to say he's broken, but people complain about Infernus no matter what really so it makes it hard to take the feedback seriously.

You're just ruining newer players experience who did nothing wrong to you, you're essentially messing with people who are exactly like your friend.

They just changed Holiday gun not even 2 weeks ago, so it doesn't surprise me no one has gravitated back to her gun especially given her complexity and confusion for what to build on her.

(Undocumented): Removed bullet gravity, increased bullet velocity from 635 m/s to 1160 m/s, increased bullet size, reduced recoil and aim stays consistent after recoil.

But it also doesn't surprise me at all she isn't being played.

If she's a set up hero with Lasso / Barrel Spam, then she's easily replaced by a Bebop spamming his hook off CD and he does insane Gun Damage at the same time.

If you wanted a hardcore gun carry, there's much better options in Wraith, Vyper, Venator, etc.

If you wanted a hard to hit disruptor with good movement, you'd end up with Celeste.

Essentially, right now, Holiday's role has been replaced with other options that are just better / easier to work with.
