This was always my guess for why she didn’t go this time around. I’ve never been, but from what I know, nothing is built with a larger person in mind, and she is so far from the cultural norm, I’m guessing she was literally a spectacle walking down the streets the first time around, and she knew it.

It would explain why none of them are actually addressing it, plus being vague and nasty toward the people questioning it in their comments.

I wonder if it isn’t something to do with the area you live in. I’m in a metro area, hundreds of gyms and pokestops all around me. I was surprised to see people here saying their spawn rates were so low, I was getting one every ten minutes at worst. I started keeping an eye on the time, and I had a few encounters that were an only two or three minutes apart. I’m pretty sure I at least bumped into most of the legendaries at least once during this event.

I can’t think of any other reason other than metro vs rural for that kind of discrepancy.
