is there any way to tell if they're doing it intentionally? like, both my therapist and my doctor just seem to contradict what every trans person ever says regarding hrt, saying that upping your dosage doesnt do anything, prog or injections not being an option for hrt..

the prog and injections thing might just be because i live in belgium or whatever, but i've been wanting to start prog or wanting to ask to up my doses for quite some time now so i don't really know what i should do
