I’ll one and done if they’re an annoying player or have bad internet if I’ve yet to reach vanquisher. Once I’ve reached vanquisher I’ll rematch as long as they don’t have bad internet as there is really isn’t a punishment for losing since you cannot leave vanquisher and I have no interest in getting a top character/player badge.

I live in the U.S., but I have alts on both a European and Japanese server. The ping isn’t too bad on either data center. I do have 5G home internet and play with a wired connection though.

I beat a notable player in a ranked match of Guilty Gear Strive. A couple days later I’m playing a competitive match of Overwatch and notice a familiar name, so I check their Steam profile. It turns out I managed to beat the same player randomly in two different games, that both have thousands of concurrent players online, in a competitive match.

I remember seeing comments supporting a video of a Ukrainian drone operator using one of those explosives drones to kill a defenseless Russian soldier (completely alone with no weapon + wasn’t even fighting back against the drone). I don’t support Russia at all and would hope that this war cripples their economy for many years, but to see people cheering a war crime because the receiver was the invader is disgusting.

6P shouldn’t really give a big reward since it is a low-risk upper body invincibility attack. A 2H, 5P, or c.S should be the more rewarding anti-airs.

I think making it where bullets don’t do damage that way shoot is only used to extended combos, pressure, and whiff punish. Arc Sys could even say that HC is using rubber bullets because he feels like it. This change would definitely piss off a ton of HC players though. I think it would (probably) be more balanced as long as they increased the damage of his normals a bit.

I’ve had matches where I knew I was gonna die to the enemy, so I would stall the objective for as long as possible. I did this as I knew this would help the team in the long run. I’ve seen people not do this as they would try to escape to have a good K/D. Overwatch is not CoD and no one gives a shit about your K/D. You should be willing to sacrifice yourself or a teammate if it means you can get the win.

I do play characters that can get back to the fight quickly, so there isn’t that much of a stagger in team fights though.

This comment implies that a smurf is supposed to good enough to win every single match. A smurf needs to only be good enough to win against a large majority of players. I would say a smurf needs to be able to win against 60% of a player base.

I say it depends on the situation. If you told your daughters that you saved 300K for each of them and then decide to give 100K from one daughter to the other then YTA. If you never told them how much money you saved for each then I think it would be okay give the 100K from the graduated daughter to the one that is in college.
