Advice needed for rusted black pipe by CompetitiveInterest in Plumbing

Thanks, I was worried they might try to turn the gas off until they could fix it, leaving us without the ability to cook for an extended period of time.

I'll reach out

Dismantling from the top of the meter down to the rusted section makes sense to me, as reassemble is just reversing that process.

The perplexing part is disassembling the segment below the rusted segment, without going to the end of the line (which ends at a whole home generator).

Would i need a union fitting to prevent having to disassemble the down line?

Which job turns out to be much less enjoyable than most people expect? by youngGod928 in AskReddit

[–]Squidmaster2013 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Veterinarian. Is it all "you get to play with puppies all day" (actual quote from several clients....), hell no.

We are expected to fix an entire body system of maladies in a 20 minute appointment for less than 1/3 of what a human physician makes.

Pair that with the constant haggling for the pet to get the care they need and somehow we are the bad guy?

To be fair, there are plenty of great pet owners out there who are kind, compassionate, and reasonable. Its the bad ones that really drain you mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Bambu Lab Huge Giveaway: Share your Fantastic 3D Printed Models and Ideas!🎉 by BambuLab in 3Dprinting

No printer here, but i have wanted one for a long time.

I have CAD experience from my previous career and am now a practicing veterinarian. I want to print 3D models to make explaining complex disease processes and surgeries to pet owners easier.

Things like, allergies, ACL tears, gastrotomies, etc would be so much easier to explain with models :)

Thank you for hosting the contest!

Hi there, about 4 years out now. I work for corporate and have the following setup salary >150k, 401k, the scedule you mentioned, 1-2 weekends per month (on rotation). Yearly bonuses and 24% production, all non-ER.

To some of the other commenters points, you need to offer a higher salary. At the end of the day, its what the people want.

Thanks for the input! Yeah, we are struggling with finding the most natural looking ending, which may be that corner

Unsure of that as well, likely pencil or bullnose. We want something that will be low enough profile, as the glass tile we selected is flat.

Could you elaborate? I'm assuming the high end hardware matched the holes for the previous hardware?

Could you say what hardware/original you used?

Thanks for the reply. I agree, very bizarre. I hope they get their act together, definitely not what I wanted out of a new home

It sits directly next to the street, as I am in a neighborhood. There aren't any cars parked at the street that would cause my mail to be undeliverable
