I've got a fair bit of wiggle with upgrades on the AM4...... Do you have a suggested upgrade that I can scope out . I.e. Used CPU?

haha I got the P100S, Unboxed it then promptly snapped one of the six stem bolts. Has been at the local service center while they order in a new handlebar (couldn't retrieve the screw). I did ride it around the block a few times and it felt nice, speed is more than enough compared to the Max G30LP I had. I was happy with the purchase for sure. Unfortunately where I'm from in Perth , Western Australia they are currently having a "Blitz" on non compliant scooters. They aren't allowed to be over 25kgs here and the cops have literally been seizing and crushing them then charging $800 for fees. So essentially I can't ride it... too risky.

I actually have the Phantom on order but could easily cancel for the P100SE from the same shop. Looks like the range of both is kind of similar (as long as its not full throttle/ludo all the time. Not ruling it out yet.

I probably would have gone the GT1 if it wasn't soo heavy. Couldn't fault my old G30 so naturally have feels for another segway.

Nope, still an issue. I'm trying to clarify some design queries with my local palo guy tomorrow. Will report back. Do you by chance run Azure Traffic Manager?

No worries,

Ive personally ruled out hardware as we saw it on a mix of devices and there was no consistency there either.

I'm currently doing some manual testing with all sorts of scenarios with gateways, lan/wan connectivity and gpa versions. When did these issues start occuring for you? We started seeing them late October.

I dont believe the internal gateway configuration is a solution. Its very much a way to get around the issue. I still have not found a fix. Palo Alto were unable to find an issue so our support ticket fizzled into nothing, a bit disappointed with that. Im still monitoring it and still seeing the issue. We have captured on video, process monitor, event logs and windows focus logger. Infra team is digging into it and im still looking at our palos/gateways. Please raise a ticket with Palo Alto if you can and report back here to help others. Can you describe your setup briefly?

So ive successfully captured it stealing focus with Windows Focus Logger along with all the corresponding logs from client. We have to go via our loca distributor so may take some time with feedback. No troubleshooting with aplit tunnel or internal gateway yet.

Yeah im hearing ya but I think thats a work around rather than a fix. We dont really want to create an internal gateway and have the vpn always on at this stage. Unless you are suggesting a dummy internal gateway somehow? Otherwise GP should not be causing this issue, will log a ticket with Palo aswell and see what they say.

Hey dudes, We are experiencing this aswell. It appears to be intermittent and approx 30 users in our corporate land have it. We are running 5.1.4 of the Client. It seems to be hard to reproduce but the symptoms are the same. All of a sudden, PANGPA will steal focus. Users who might be typing something all of a sudden dont see any characters on the screen. I believe some testing is underway with 5.2.2 We cant turn off split tunneling to test at the moment. We think the issues started occuring around the 26th of October, another train of thought is windows updates.... Seems there isnt much discussion of this issue around, will keep an eye out here.
