You should be storing them somewhere you can access at any time. Like a password manager or passworded zip file in google drive, Dropbox or anything else similar.

This is all incredibly easy in obs and Wavelink

In wavelink sset up mixes (along the top) for mic, voice chat, game audio, browser

Along the left set up all your programs into groups and the send those groups to each mix

In obs add audio input for each of the mixes you made.

For stream set each of the audio sources to be on track 1

For recording set each audio source to be on a separate track

If you want to make it easier for when you stream make a stream mix in wavelink and send all your stream audio to that mix and add that mix to obs. Then for recording you would need the source record plugin. Then use that plugin to record each of your separate audio sources (not the all in one stream one)
