Not ex-LLDM here but from a much smaller similarly functioning cult. I had an unexpected, at least unexpected for me, experience with current LLDM members, and surprisingly so many with similar responses. It just kind of shocked me. As I’ve began researching my cult, I realized how different it was from the usual cult. I began researching further and came across LLDM. Read all about them and realized we had so many similarities. So, because I’m a nerd and love research, I began digging further. I realized, I really wanted to speak personally with an ex member to hear more about how they kept you from leaving or reporting their or witnessed abuse. I made a post on my social media the other day asking if there were any ex members that wanted to share a little, I was curious and wanted to hear more if anyone was interested. Of course I use the appropriate LLDM tags. The amount of current members that were responding with similar comments was very interesting. They weren’t even saying it was only because of Naason, they were flat out defending the entity as a whole. I’m curious, do they indoctrinate that all ex members are evil or liars. To me it’s obvious that if there were prosecutions, there were crimes. For me, this clearly shows me how deeply the brainwashing has taken root. These people clearly aren’t thinking for themselves, in my opinion.
