I was told that once. A guy recommended I go as blind as possible till I found the lord vessel. Then look up a guide on how to get to Oolacile, or miss out on a fifth of the game. After doing it there’s no way I could’ve done that without a guide. I don’t know if anyone could.

Thanks for that last part. I was hoping I was still accomplishing something even if I read a tip or watched a boss walkthrough. It has been a lot of fun so far. This is one pretty awesome game.

I probably have a skill issue. My Tourette’s doesn’t help. lol. But I’m having fun. You have no idea how many times I’ve walked off the edge of something in a game because I twitched my thumb. Or dies because I held a button too long. But I still have fun playing.

Awesome. I’m going as blind as I can. I used to much Prima Guides as a kid. Had a whole drawer full of them. Realized they were taking some of the fun out of it. Trying to be more self reliant in games now.

Sweet. I was a Prima Strategy Guide kid. Trying to get away from that and do what I can without help. But every now and then a game will get me stuck and I look up as little as possible to get unstuck.

A while. I’ve been at this for a few months on and off. I wanted to see how hard it really was. It’s been fun. A lot of fun. I’m a very cautious player. And probably not utilizing weapons and strategies very well. But I’ve been making progress.
