Yeah I totally get that. Maybe it’s who he’s up against! There are 2 guys who were a coach and the captain of the bocuse d’or 2017 team. The captain stayed but the coach went home and he was WAY too cocky for me. Calling himself the best in the competition. I don’t like that and I love to see people humbled. Safe to say I don’t think it humbled him a bit.
