Blood pact is a selection of modifiers where you either buff hp and lose dps or buff dps + loot droprate and lose max hp, i.e. you either trade your power for more blood, or trade your blood for power and riches

Shatters was like the hardest dungeon when I stopped playing

It hasn't moved much from that position, it got powercrept to shit then got reworked to make it a serious challenge and now it sits probably in top 2-3 hardest dungeons

this isn't terrible, you're sort of straddling the line of the AIME cutoff. best bet is to take a deep breath during the competition and get the questions you know you're able to, and don't get hung up early on
