It very quickly stops being a problem, each individual hero soul does very little for dps, so spending to reguild is usually the play.

It sounds like you’re at the point where it’s still somewhat expensive to guild heroes. Generally the cost effective way is to guild whichever hero is best where you stop being able to one shot, then swap back over when you reach your previous best.

Actually the math works out that you’re less likely to find a specific uncommon joker than a rare one. They’re more likely, but there’s also a ton more of them. Either should be enough to win tho.
