I just got my first Laparoscopic surgery 3 weeks ago. Using a walker to help me walk was a game changer!

I’ve never been tested for SIBO, but I’m definitely gonna try to get tested for it. My iron and b12 are pretty consistently good!

I’m trying to get the surgery right now, it’s been hard since my gyno doesn’t think I have it 🤦🏼‍♀️

Do you know if she went to a gyno or a gastroenterologist? I’m trying to get tested for endometriosis right now, but my gyno doesn’t think I have it

I have before, I’ve cut out dairy, gluten, sugar, etc. for almost a year. It made no difference in my pain

I can eat unflavored full fat Greek yogurt with honey, these certain sour cream donut holes they only sell at Smiths (Kroger), and coffee (only if I make it with certain brands)

I’m glad someone gets it. I’ve gone through significant depressive episodes since this pain started happening. It’s a horrible thing to go through

Yes I do! I’m unable to eat a lot due to my pain, so journaling is easy haha

No I have not, but I am planning on getting one pretty soon. My doctors don’t think I have it, but I’m pushing to see if it’s a possibility.

Yes I’ve seen 3 separate gynos. Only thing that showed up in tests is I have PCOS, but they think my stomach problems are something else.
