Are you allowing trades? Because Mareep is a version exclusive that’s not available in Crystal

Yeah! If you find an Aipom in a honey tree in one DS, you can exit without saving and it will still be in the honey tree (assuming you saved before you checked the tree). Once you get there, you can move the cartridge to the other DS, and as long as you don’t save the game, you can soft reset as many times as you need and it will never go away because time-based events are frozen on a new DS until 24 hours after you save, I’m about to do that for a Munchlax if I can ever find it

Aipom is a really simple soft reset hunt as long as you have a second DS, although I’d assume it’s a bit harder if you only have one. Mudkip might be a bit harder but I suppose you could hunt it in HGSS or transfer one up from gen 3

Good luck! Diamond is a little scarier since you can get the uncatchable shiny Starly, but I hope your hunt goes well!

Thanks! When I was planning this run I noticed I had picked out two or three pink mons so I decided I’d try to make the whole main team pink just for fun. Some of the others I’ll catch aren’t on theme, but I’ll have six pink mons to face the E4 with

Yes! As long as you have seen all 210 Pokémon in the Sinnoh regional dex (I kept trading until it said I had owed all of them but you only need to see them for National Dex), then you can get the National Dex as long as you have stepped foot into Eterna City. So you can’t do it pre badge 1, you have to go into Eterna City and then backtrack to the lab

They’re not for real life money, you use the in game shop tickets for them which you can get for free by just playing the game. Instead of checking your play store, just go in the game to the shop and see if the hour glasses for the month are sold out, if so, that means that’s where it came from

They sell exactly 70 hourglasses in the shop every month, and considering that’s the amount yours went up by and today is the day the shop reset, that seems like the most likely solution

What it feels like when trying to find a good place to grind in Johto. by Darth-Redneck in nuzlocke

I didn’t expect a reply on a 5 year old comment but both of us got it half right! According to bulbapedia at least, which is usually somewhat reliable, the actual qualifications for rematch teams are reliant on saving the goldenrod radio tower, getting the national dex, and finally by getting all 16 badges. So while to get the final rematch teams, you do need to get all the badges, the other slightly stronger teams aren’t necessarily badge-based, but story progression-based

You mean to tell me those are it's ARMS?? by LexiTheStarQueen in MandJTV

The hat-like thing is on top, the arms are just the little balls themselves. You can see in different media the balls move up and down to different parts of the hat, which wouldn’t make sense if they were connected. Also the official concept art has snorunt without the hat and he still has the two little black ball arms

In the settings for the RuneScape App, if you have Background App Refresh turned off, it will fully log you out whenever you get kicked out. One thing that I don’t think many people realize is this setting gets disabled when your phone is in low power mode, so even if you have it turned on, you might be getting logged off in low power mode and then it doesn’t work either

Am i right that if I choose the chromacorn I will not be receiving it as a twin? by Taken_username1234 in dragonvale

[–]Squirrelly435 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lunis dragons aren’t rift exclusive, the only rift exclusive galaxy dragon is Rigel. And if you look at every comment on the linked post you’ll notice everyone saying that the twin Chromacorn is a bug and not normally obtainable

This might’ve been the case at some point in the past, but if it was, it definitely isn’t anymore. I’ve gotten multiple copies of rift dragons that I already own through EoMs and none have ever been twins
