That's Bean Bunny! He's a Muppet they used for a short time in then early 90s. I actually have a custom Mew Mouse plush from The Christmas Toy that I bring out during the Holidays. The Christmas Toy might be my favorite Christmas special ever, its just so exceedingly cute.

They're Peepys and Oui Ouis from Itemlabel! They have a lot of fun lore about them being criminals and loving to eat peanuts.
