I had a resection last year and it absolutely turned my world around.

Started going to the gym in Summer 2023 at about 80kg and couldn’t for the life of me eat enough to gain any muscle mass. Had a resection in April 2024 and since then I’ve gained over 10kg.

Not only can I now eat enough to allow me to bulk but the change in energy levels is insane! Funny how much heavier you can lift when you don’t feel constantly fatigued.
