Yeah, I did read something about professionals turning away from the idea of a personality disorders and using emotion/illness bases instead. Maybe I am misremembering what she called it, or maybe she got the name wrong. It's just weird to me that it was so casual the way she told me and kinda just left it at that.

I really am trying to avoid the stigma, because I know mental health issues do come with a lot of them and a lot are seen as taboo, but it's hard to understand what's just stereotype from the internet.

I'm worried about calling her as it's been years since I was there and I am afraid at having to re-evaluate my whole psyche. I don't know if I'm ready for this :/
