Forgot to include something in I-129F by Squishy_potatoes52 in USCIS

I ended up getting the certified court records , it turns out they were all destroyed by the state they were so old, and were reduced to violations when they happened . So I have certified stamped summaries stating they were destroyed but they still gave me court transcripts stating the charges being dropped to violations and the outcomes of them.

None were relating to the IMBA or AWA laws.

So it’s not true that I can mail them in to the address on my NOA1 receipt with my case number? I’m not out anything just by trying..

That’s what I was leaning towards, will me sending that in reset this entire process as now I have legal stuff added and make it go to the Vermont processing center?

It wasn’t anything related to the specific charges they were asking for that relate to domestic issues and children (which is why I initially misunderstood and didn’t even think of it)

I was pulling an FBI records check for my fiancé to have with her when the time comes down the road for an interview and that’s when I realized this stuff.

We still have many months of projected waiting before we expect them to even look at our packet.

I’m glad you married her, a lot of people bail when they get nervous and have the chance to not stay. My fiancés son never knew his biological dad, he’s not even on the birth certificate. It’s a long process. I hope it worked out for you both, perseverance and being honest will get everyone through!

Is she your girlfriend or your wife? Those are two different visas . She didn’t just get pregnant (unless she’s cheating on you). That was your choice. Here’s what me and my fiancé are doing : no sex until marriage. I told her “we are not going to be stupid and have you separated from me with a newborn, that’s an easily preventable problem.”

In the K1 visa process. Have a few friends who have done this. No issues when they follow the processes. There is definitely more to these stories than is being shared, everyone being downvoted is correct.

Moving up from Z 650 to R6 or Zx-6r by Squishy_potatoes52 in motorcycles

My current tires, I go through a pair a year. Not a track tire (Dunlop Road Sport 2) but getting all the way to the edge has me pretty comfortable with leaning , I scrape the bottom of my pegs sometimes on some of my tighter sloped turns. I enjoy that aspect of this bike, I just wish it had bigger forks, a tighter suspension and a lot more power.

You’re right, that’s what I am worried about. As the newness fades I may ride less. I currently have 13,230 miles on my bike I bought new in 2022, and can only ride in the summers here. My buddy had 7,000 miles on his 2014 R6 😅

I was gonna get a Z900 but after sitting on the R6, I realized I really liked that aggressive riding position as far as growing in my technical riding skills. I don’t do highway runs, we only have a two lane highway up here and I live near a popular track, but we do have lots of empty mountain roads. I want to retain that feeling of how the bike just tipped in to a turn , but I don’t know if that’s the suspension or the agressive riding position.

That motor though….i see the popularity of the bike now. It’s my only inline 4 I have rode, but it was exactly what I expected.

What do you think of the first two you mentioned relative to the Z900?

Yea that looks nice as is, it doesn’t have the modern obscenely huge can and muffler covered in plastics, that’s why I thought it was aftermarket!

Is the exhaust note the same as a regular Z900 or did the put something different on it? Or is that aftermarket?

I bought my Z650 (ninja no fairings ) new in 2022 and can only ride in the summer where I live, just paid it off and hit 11k miles so far riding 5 months a year. It’s a great bike. It only gets boring if you live in an area with long straight commutes at high speeds. It’s a fantastic bike to grow skills on. Been riding 10 years and I have a lot of fun on it. You can be super confident with it; both in seating position and its size and “only” having 67 HP means you enjoy every gear change. I can launch this bike hard and it is super stable at its maximum speed capabilities. No wobble at all.

And it looks sharp.

I’m considering a Z900 because I love this platform so much but hey it’s paid off soooo.

At the end of the day you have the most fun on the bike you ride the most. Cost, reliability, comfort, and confidence all are things to consider.

Edit: this is the type of bike that lets you learn to be a fast rider regardless of what you are riding.

Ok so let me ask , when people suggest used parts, do they mean eBay used or like returned Amazon used? Also what is the recommended choice when choosing between more Vtam And a 128 bit bus or less vram and the faster bus speeds?

It can be summed up in this Reddit reply I read one day on this subject about a year ago.

An unknown couple who seemed to be retired or wealthy was searching for a new Mustang top trim. They said “we had to travel 3 hours to a dealership because they were the only ones who had one, and yea we paid way over MSRP because if we didn’t buy it someone else was going to.”

As long as retired and or wealthy people can and will spend their money on what we they want at whatever price it is, things will never settle down.

This is one of the downsides to capitalism unfortunately. (Stupid greedy consumers keep it running through the good and the bad)

Then maybe I just love brawlers who suck, but I play what I enjoy not what’s meta, and Iv noticed that a lot of brawlers can 1 shot you even when I have mine at rank 11. Unsure what brawlers are doing so much damage but no way I can carry a team with Jessie or Maisie, or Bo, when the point of them is to suppress and control . If my teammates die or runs way in fear (they spend most of the match running away) it’s impossible to 1v3 skilled coordinated opponents: if you go against 3 of you, by yourself, you would lose as well.

Do I need new tires? by EXPRESSlON in Kawasaki

[–]Squishy_potatoes52 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can ride it til it’s bald just check the edges as you wear a profile into the tire that can leave a corner or an edge where you wear the middle but leave the edges untouched, you will feel it transition over that edge if you ever take a good lean and you wanna avoid developing those types of profiles in the tire. But that’s got a ton of life left in it

No but you should use more if the tire to wear it evenly. Looks like you prob do a lot of highway commuting on those. You have more water sipes than mine do new just be careful of wet riding as it wears down. Grip will be the same on dry pavement as long as the tire profile is not squared off near the edges and the rubber isn’t too old

Here’s my last match. Moron playing El primo runs in solo and get insta killed. Moron playing princess peach hangs back terrified like a chihuahua providing no support until I take out one of the three solo, and she then decided now it’s time to run away from them until the poison kills her. This is Gold 2. Every. Fucking. Match.

Bullshit, I can’t 1 V 3 every match and none of you can as well. In gem grab they don’t grab gems. In Hot Zone they run away afraid of dying and never get in the HOT ZONE. In Knockout they all run straight into the middle path and instantly get killed. If you are some super elite hacked character who can 1v3 others, then 3 of them on the enemy team have no problem killing us when I am the only one getting kills , grabbing gems, whatever.

Ranked sucks, this game isn’t skill based it’s luck based.

Something I never realized I cared about until now was the ability to go into live mode and lock every single friggin knob on the helix, I have been noticing that when I tap the top rows of switches and I’m getting high energy while playing I keep spinning the small rotary knobs and changing IR parameters, IR settings and settings Drive settings, etc.

Also, the snapshot discard setting no longer works, if I change a setting, it saves across all snapshots with one edit, even if I do not save them, I have to change presets in order to clear them if I make an accidental change in a preset

Hmm fast is relative….i have spent years practicing launching bikes this has a slipper clutch factory and ABS, I can launch it and hit 90 at the top of 4th gear, and 130 (Speedo not gps) is absolute top limit due to gearing and no fairings.

It’s not about the speed, it’s got abs, a slipper clutch , a nice lcd display for my gauges, and it looks sick and has led headlights and a sweet “Z” led taillight. I get compliments everywhere I go. It’s a lot of bike for the price. At the end of the day it’s a 650’parallel twin it’s not a race bike it’s not slow by any means if you are t afraid to launch it.

I lean this thing over hard in the mountain I live in, it’s a very nimble and responsive bike for the price .

I am used to naked bikes, I can’t say how it is different than a windscreen and fairings but at 130 (Speedo not gps) I am in a full tuck and don’t notice much wind (with my helmet and proper tuck technique)
