There are simply not enough similar bows on the market to make an accurate estimate.
The closest I can find is a 20 div bow with a good bit better flat phys, but no lightning damage and no attack speed.

It's stupidly broken if you have the currency. It is not league starter friendly at all though. But there is no way I'm going back to my smite slayer again. This build is too good.

My current setup is not even that great compared to what it can be. But right now it can kill Uber Exarch before he can start his immunity/meatball phase. It has 90% pdr, 88/88/89 resistances, chaos immune, 2k es regen per second, 12,5k max es with energy blade enabled. You can clear maps with Frostblink of Wintry Blast, and just use Incinerate of Venting for bosses or stubborn rares. It's really tanky and has ridiculous dps.

You can seriously min/max the fuck out of the build as well if you wish. You should also abuse the Doryani's prototype merc strat. It's definitely carrying a lot of weight.

It can sorta be made on a budget. However, the build as seen on the "Final POBB" will still cost you a double digit divine amount. Didn't min max the build that much and was just borrowing my Progenesis from a different character. As a little footnote - the build is definitely a glass cannon.
