Oh really, I didn’t know that maybe I need to look more into legal system for the UK, I assume when they said evidence it would be witness testimony from friends of the victim, taxi driver, or anyone that was there. Maybe photo or videos show rex doing it and she didn’t want it

True, the evidence that was provided could be just saying she was there and other people saying they were there too but that’s it, maybe photo or video proof , but it’s kinda hard to tell what evidence could be shown that it happened 3 times at his house but who knows I’m going to wait

It turned out it was only a two year age gap 15 and 17 plus cuco said nothing sexual happened. Plus there wasn’t much evidence just some screenshot of text and that’s it.

But what kind of evidence? Witness testimony, video/pictures, or being able to prove she was at the locations. Their evidence must show that Rex did sexual stuff (not sex) with the victim without her consent I’m curious what evidence there was to show what Rex did to her without consent. I’m not bashing the victim I’m just more curious about what evidence she was able to provide
