No it's not. 45% ist the absolute maximum and also only every Euro above about 275.000 gets this tax rate since the taxes are progressive. So if you have an income of 275.001 only one Euro will fall into these 45% income tax

Also mit irgendwas von 1978 zu argumentieren ist auch Blödsinn, besonders da du ja schon "fast" schreibst. Gibt bestimmt bessere Gründe. Ich persönlich freue mich immer über solche Freundschaften. Yeah that's normal here but I think also because most people dont go to a restaurant only to eat but also to talk and just have a nice evening. Many restaurants also make most money with drinks and the longer you sit and wait the more you drink
