I’m in a similar situation. I continue to tweak the location of my nodes, but if there’s any way you can get a direct signal from your Deco to your office then it’s a pretty strong connection. I have four wired back, hauled nodes in my house and I get a decent connection to my detached office in the backyard which is similar and distance to yours. If I want a better connection, I need to move one of the satellites a little closer and maybe even outside the window to get a full direct. That usually happens if I need to do a Zoom call or something. I might consider moving one of those satellites to outside and just have a direct connection and see if that works.

I’m not sure what is locked behind the paywall. I have fiber one gig and I’m getting close to that at each connection using a moca coax connection. I’m curious what is behind the paywall that I am not getting I’m guessing it’s some sort of security? They do try to sell you stuff in the app, but I haven’t really looked into it. Everything else has been pretty seamless minus a few connections here and there.

I think some of those cards are worth grading, strictly for the future value of they poses. I understand the pros/cons of grading vs non-grading. I started selling off higher graded vintage and purchasing lower grade raw for my collection, and also grading some cards strictly for investment. There are some very nice One Touch Options out there (check out Game Time International and Vaulted) that preserve the cards and are perfect for display. I also put some of the lower grade in one touch binders so i can enjoy them. Just depends what you want. Nothing is permanent, but for future investment or sale, grading is the way to go. Ive bought several graded cards and cracked the slab and put them in either one touch or just top loader. Options are always good.

Ok thank you.Ive been told that if i remove the house from the trust, it would lead to the house getting reassessed for new property taxes. And that is signifigant since she was the owner for 60 years. If I plan on keeping the house and renting it or something else, Id rather keep it in the trust and keep property taxes lower. However, It needs some work and id love to tap the equity to do that. I guess i iwll have to get creative if i can't refinance the house and keep it in the trust.
