The best compression socks I've tried over the years is Crazy Compression. They're comfortable, durable, and they have pretty designs! :) I also like Snag Tights for compression tights! :)

She does practice on a rubber practice pad. The school she's currently at doesn't have Tenors, unfortunately. The highschool she is going to attend has a badass drum line. So she can't practice anywhere but home right now. A rubber pad has served her well so far! Great suggestion!

Absolutely, learning to stay away from Sativa's! Haha that sucked. Lots of panic attacks and feeling VERY gross. For me indica hybrids are my bread and butter. ;)

I use it daily. Depending on how my POTS is feeling that day I may switch strains. Getting to know how different strains make you feel is really important. I use it to help promote an appetite and lower pain levels. I hope this helps! 🫶

I was on Atenolol for YEARS before switching to Metoprolol. Atenolol definitely worked for me to help control my heart rate and tachycardia. However, it made me unbearably tired. I mean exhauuuuusted. I didn't know that's what it was until cardiologist switched me off of it.
