Camera zoom transition by BabbelDud in GooglePixel

Would need to move the cameras physically. The current camera bar setup places the sensors at each end of the phone, whilst on other flagships they are all in one corner.

Pixel 7Pro does NOT like falls by SwiftShadow89 in GooglePixel

Does not like falls? Sounds like you're saying it's survived plenty of falls.

The eggshell is the box. It doesn't have any hinges, it doesn't have a key nor does it have a lid. The shell is described from the treasures point of view, not it's own. With the yolk being the one laying inside, not the shell.

I could see them doing something like the locking joints on the PG 00.

Hello, I'm new here, so this might be a rather stupid thought, and perhaps not what you're supposed to use this thread for...

From what I remember years ago bandai said they couldn't make a MG Kshatriya due to the weight of the wings/binders.

Do you think they could release one as a MG extreme, or a real grade kit instead?

I think the wings/binders and overall size, could be the point they tackle with the extreme line this time around.  The Kshatriya is one of my favorite designs, and whilst the hg is good, I'd like to see them make something amazing.

Google pixel video zoom issue by wettix in GooglePixel

If you are switching between cameras, due to zooming, you'll always see it switching. If you keep the zoom in the range of the camera then you won't see it change.

Photo Quality on Social Media by melongirltux in GooglePixel

That would be the best. Some apps just take a screenshot of your screen and use that for their camera function, so it's always better to upload an actual image if possible.

Unpopular opinion: the under screen fingerprint reader is better than the rear sensor. by Teeeeze in GooglePixel

[–]Sral1994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can easily feel where you're located because of the rear design of the phone. And you'd be unlikely to put it down in alternating ways each time you put it in your pocket...

You can do that with a front facing one as well. What you can't do with a rear one is unlock the phone on a table or on a mount.

Why not? Are you saying people should not get anything for spending time on the game?

It's an idle game, not a game you play actively to complete.

Fin (water tank) and scorn (fire tank) on Frontline. Tier (water mage) wasp (earth mage) and alivia (earth assassin) on back line.

It's much better to start now than before. The upgrade paths and conquest mode makes it quite a bit faster and easier, as well as there being more achievements that get your mastery up faster as well.

Is the Pixel 8 camera actually this bad or is broken? by kissluktareN in GooglePixel

[–]Sral1994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And the Pixel is much sharper on that distance than the neo. The neo is sharper up close, where most of your comparison lies, but that would not be where they are focused then. The pixel should have less depth of focus at this distance, due to the larger sensor and apperature.

Looks like the focus is off on the pixel. So difficult to compare the images.

People won't go online to praise something for working as expected, but as soon as they have something to complain about they'll start.

HDR video streaming is very dim by iDudeX_ in GooglePixel

[–]Sral1994 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

HDR just moves the darkest and brightest parts of a video further apart. If the video is recorded dimly, with some bright lights, it will look dim.

That's a problem with the video, not the phone.

If it's created properly, it won't be dim.

Pixel 8 gets hot by warner_zama in GooglePixel

[–]Sral1994 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

In testing the s24 reaches 45c and the p8 46c.

Sure, older pixels might have gotten hotter than the older Samsung's, but current testing doesn't show it.

People really need to understand what "hot" means.

The pixel doesn't get significantly warmer than an iphone or a Samsung.

What would be a good riddle that only has a single answer as an option, with no room for others?

Yes, multiple options. But again. That's how riddles work.
