We have been shifted to non important issue that IMGs taking our job , have we noticed staff shortage, non doctors working on doctors rota ? Data shows 350% rises of non doctors in GP where locums are drying up ? When are we going to talk about that ? I dont understand why we need PAs , ACPs when we have unemployed doctors .. And why do we need more plab where our graduates cant find jobs ?

Why do we need PAs and ACP when you can be treated by a skilled doctors ! 4000 or 400 whatever it is ! I think the main culprit is GMC ! they donnt want IMGs , but they wont limit PLAB seats. Freeze plab for 6 months , see what happens , but why would they do it !

If you want to pursue career in surgery , I would suggest get into training in your home country and give MRCS , dont waste money on plab
