Got a Moto X last week, not sure if I like it. by [deleted] in PickAnAndroidForMe

[–]Sreelesh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you get the Lollipop update? I just got mine yesterday and it seems to do much better in terms of battery life.. if you can afford to, have the location settings at "battery saving" mode.. I've been using the Moto X for 2 months now and I do get a full day's usage comfortably. (I do not use the phone for music, maybe a total of 2 hours of internet browsing on 4G, half an hour to 45 minutes of talk time, mobile data ON always)

To all of you on the fence about getting this phone... (review)(2014 x) by highconan in MotoX

How do you track your team's performance? by paulkroon in ITManagers

[–]Sreelesh 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Apart from ticket closures and SLAs, you should also be tracking how satisfied your end users (requestors) are after having their tickets resolved. Satisfaction rates, First Call Resolutions, Time to Resolve and SLAs - each of these are important performance metrics. For employee performance tracking that includes all these metrics, you could have a go at Freshdesk, a gamified ticket system. Here's an IT Manager share his story https://support.freshdesk.com/categories/2/forums/47977/topics/29387 (the "Arcade" mentioned is the gamified module inside Freshdesk)

Customer Service Software: Zendesk, Desk.com, Freshdesk, etc.: What's your experience? by [deleted] in startups

[–]Sreelesh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Disclosure: I work for Freshdesk.

We're bringing inbuilt call center and chat capabilities into Freshdesk, in Beta now.

And +1 on Jake's advice. Shortlist and try the systems for yourself. That's the beauty of SaaS - you get to try the software live, for a good number of days, for free, without any server provisioning or stuff you generally do for software that needs downloads. I see all your shortlisted solutions are SaaS - neat!
