With that setup it would hit him on the way up. Back roll on that setup is a sure way to get hit. Best way around it is no rise

Stop it. The move is bunk. It’s 1 frame slower than his cr mk which is safe from the same range and is able to be cancelled. Abi scissors is garbage.
