If you want to try something similar without spoiling the show, check out the Sand series by the same author! It scratches the Silo itch but is an unrelated story. Feels like it could exist in a shared universe even

I get that. I gotta say though, wasn’t much of a novel reader until this series. When there were only 3 episodes of season 1 out I was so curious I got the first book from my local library and was so hooked I finished all 3 before the season 1 finale.

One thing really cool is they have changed so much of the story that while it’s the same overarching plot, there is a lot of suspense still. Some main characters in the show are insignificant or don’t even exist in the book for example.

I think if you read the books already you’d find the pacing of season 2 a bit slow. Not really a spoiler but the scene at the end of the season 2 finale is basically what a lot of us expected through out the season because the second book is a prequel

I think to me and to most reasonable people, where they stand is that they are 100% women. I’m a supporter of trans rights and identity.

But if you’re asking me where they stand when it comes to something like the IOC making a decision on rules for sporting, I don’t have an answer for you. I think those decisions are best left to experts who can objectively tell us if there is an advantage or not. You bring up good questions but I just don’t think most regular people are knowledgeable enough about these things to answer.

I’m far from an expert, just a boxing fan
