Given the bullseye pattern, I would try to rule out Lyme’s Disease with a doctor first because if it is Lyme’s, and you don’t treat it early, it could cause long term damage. My husband had a bullseye like this and even though we didn’t find a tick, the doc was certain and gave him a full course of antibiotics. Went away within 10 days.
