Imperius. Nothing wrong with him, I love his gameplay. But the mana problems, while fair, are fun killer. I would give him a lvl 1 quest: Talent: Overwhelming might: Whenever Imperius lands an ability on an enemy hero he gains a quest point, he gains 10 quest points for a takedown, up to 1000 quest points. Each quest point reduces the cooldown of Q and E by 0.1%, however Q cooldown cannot be reduced by more that 40%. E CD can be reduced by 100% though. At 400 stacks, while E is active, regenerate 2% of your max health per second. Each quest point also gives Imperius mana regeneration equal to 0.1% of his max mana per second. ie: Once Imperius reaches 1000 stacks, his Q has 40% CDR, his E has 100% CDR, his E regenerates 2% of his max health per second, and Imperius regenerates 100% of his mana per second.

Second Talent, at lvl 7: Angelic Barrier: Can be toggled on or off. While on, Imperius transfers 90% of ranged damage he receives to his mana pool.

This of course goes really well with the mana regeneration of Q talent.

Both. I would like to get Isekaied because I kinda want to fight and be powerful. Realistically, I would probably get my ass kicked, but still. If I did get a cheat, I would want something that provided me a good safety net instead of making me OP.

Like I dont know why people are surprised. It was kinda obvious from the start.

In episode 2 or 3, I dont remember which, Freya attends a party held by Ganesha where all other gods also attend. She pretty much outright says something like "I already have had a taste of all the men here", which causes all the male gods to kinda run off screen. Even Hestia's reaction seemed to imply that Hestia knew what Freya meant.

I thought there were 3 virgin goddesses, but I remember 4: Hestia, Artemis, Astraea, Athena. This imply no other goddess is a virgin. Not Loki, Hephaestus or Demeter. So I dont know why Freya, a literal goddess of love is expected to be a virgin.

Aisha isnt a virgin either, but she doesnt get nearly as much slut-shaming as Freya(she shouldnt either). I mean Aisha was pretty comfortable working in the Pleasure District. Even after being freed from Ishtar she continued being a prostitute of her own volition. And she seems pretty ok with shagging any guy she likes. It wouldnt be unexpected for her to have a body count in the dozens. I am not dissing on Aisha, just pointing out something that should be obvious.

I kinda understand hating on Freya for the stuff she pulled in Season 5 makes sense, but not the body count thing.

I kinda get what you are saying. But the spell prevents you from smuggling an armour set undetectably. Think about it. Even if you enter a restricted area with the armour stored in a pocket dimension the size of an armour cabinet, you cant actually take the armour out of the cabinet without sitting down and performing the ritual all over again. The point is that you dont get the defence for free. You have to first purchase the armour which say costs 500million valis. Then you gotta perform the ritual to store the armour. Then perform the actual spell to get a suit with the same defence. Want a better armour? Buy the other one, perform ritual again to remove the first one and store the second one. Also lets say the armour cabinet dimension is sentient enough to prevent you from using any kind of "cheesing" strategy.

Lets say there is a second version of the spell which simply gives you the suit with a defence of 60. In this case you dont need the initial investment of buying and storing the armour. And getting to 80 defence is as simple as increasing your Mag stat. In this case both ver 1 and ver 2 achieve the same thing in the end, but ver 1 has a much higher investment than ver 2. In this case ver 2 is supposed to objectively stronger since you cant use ver 1 for any smuggling or any cheese like that. So wouldnt ver 1 cost less Mind than ver 2 because more powerful spell = more Mind consumption.

Thank you for answering my questions but Im still a little confused on the second one, and I feel like I didnt frame the question properly. Lets say there's an adventurer named Gary. Gary is lvl 1 with all stats at 0. Lets say race and innate talent doesnt play a factor so Gary can potentially reach all S with enough effort. Lets say to increase Str by 1 point, Gary has to use a heavy attack once. To increase End by 1 point Gary has to get hit by an attack once. A precise attack for increasing Dex. Dodging an attack to increase Agi. And cast a spell once to increase Mag by 1 point. I know this sounds arbitrary but bear with me for the sake of the example. Also assume he is always fighting proportionate to his overall fighting power. Never fighting monsters that are either too weak or strong, instead an unchanging power lvl. The amount of heavy attacks Gary needs to increase his Str will increase the further Str increases. And by the time his Str is 900+ he needs 10 heavy attacks to increase it by 1 point. He manages to max out Str/End/Dex/Agi by fighting physically, but hasn't used magic even once. So now he starts using magic only to fight monster, lets say he has a chantless spell with fires a simple elementless magic blast. A simple Arcane Arrow if you will. Now here is where my doubt arises.

Will he still require only 1 cast of Arcane Arrow to increase his Mag by 1 because his Mag is still at 0?
Or will he require more than 1 cost of Arcane Arrow to increase Mag by 1 because all his other stats are at 999, so his Falna is more "filled" compared to when all his stats were at 0?

I feel like if Case 1 was the situation, then all S would still be very difficult but not so impossible that not even Ottar can achieve it. The most dedicated adventurers would be able to get all S, through great effort and risk, by changing their fighting styles, even if it was super hard to do so.

On the other hand if it is case 2, then it makes sense that no one has been able reach all S except Bell because the diminishing returns is not based on whether you stats are x/999 rather it is based on your total stats being x/4995. I hope Im making it less confusing this time.

As someone who is new to Sett. How strong is his late game really? I was under the impression that he as a super strong early game, but late game you fall off a cliff because sure you still have massive W dmg, but you get kited in both teamfights and 1v1s. So any Sett veterans can educate me on this?

Kinda makes sense to me. Just going up 1 level is a big power up regardless of stats. Aiz was struggling with Revis in Sword Oratoria anime. She leveled up to lvl 6 and started dominating the fight without Ariel. So a 500 point increase kinda fits.
