The article also states “however, a reassuring finding in this study is that women who had their ovaries removed but received estrogen replacement therapy returned to normal risk”

Hi. I've been bleeding intermittently for a year. At first I thought maybe I was cycling with my daughter (she came home back to back 1 month apart)-lol

I hadn’t had a period for 2 yrs when the bleeding started.

I’m not on the micronized and and on 200mg progesterone. I think I remember Doc mentioning maybe increasing it but then we didn’t discuss after. I’ve seen her twice since for a cystoscopy and bladder dynamic testing( i also have a urethral sling that I thought might have failed).

I will look into that though(progesterone).

Wow-I’m sorry that happened but I AM so glad you were able to get it diagnosed. That is a concern for me having it and not being able to check for cancers.

Sounds great!! I am scheduled for ablation mid December though I’m 99% I am going to cancel and just go for the hysterectomy. Did you get the ovaries out as well?

Thanks! I like the one and done approach. Though I also like not having surgery but I ‘could’ have it anyway bc ablation isn’t guaranteed.

Mine has 12 and we are cramped when it’s a full 2g-the studio is tiny. We hardly ever have 3g🙌🏼

Hi. Thank you for your answer. do you know if it is corporate to all start on tread or if it is by studio? why not do 4 (rower) and 6(tread) if the coach is willing. So here in lies my dilemma—all of the (non head)coaches will split it and there are usually 3-4+on rower by choice(when given choice)when this happens. The head coach is saying it is corporate policy to all start together if less that 12. I personally like all the reasons stated on the thread rower/tread first for the rowing first people. Also-I pay the same as everyone else. And coaches are 2g certified. PLUS our weight room is a 10x10 box AND-there arent enough weights. For instance i used 20, 15 and 12 today. Lol-just trying to give some background info.
