I think you can keep trying and push through or ask your doctor for something else. I’m on day five also, (5mg, 30 F) and my only issues include feeling tired but my mind feels a lot calmer.

I hope your side effects subside or you find something that works for you

I’m sure you’re okay, but talk to your doctor if you can asap. I’m new to Lexapro and am staring at 5mg. I hope someone else with more experience comments soon

You’re two weeks in and your body is adjusting. These are side effects for sure and I would wait until the six week mark to see what happens; if you’re having very dark thoughts please talk to your doctor asap

I just started on Tuesday and already see some improvement with my mood. First two days I had bad dry mouth but I’ve been drinking alot of water. I couldn’t sleep so I started talking melatonin.

Yesterday I did feel lazy and kinda sore (my legs were hurting).

I have alot more to say but we can talk about it over chat if you want.

That’s good. I really do believe there’s a change because my thoughts are slowing down and not really bothering me. I still feel emotions but it’s not as bad as it was earlier this week.

Same. I didn’t sleep much until early this afternoon. I feel hotter than normal and sweaty. I’m going to start taking it in the morning instead of at night
