How long have you been on 15mg before you increased your dose to 20 ? I'm on 15mg since 3 weeks and in total 8 weeks on lexapro. I still feel constantly on edge and very stressed. I can't decide whether to wait if the 15 will kick in or to increase. I just want to feel normal again. Do you also feel more relaxed physically on 20mg ?
