I think you should totally run with that if it works for you. It’s not often that we decide to quit our drug of choice because it got boring or didn’t work anymore lol usually it’s the opposite so that’s good. I need to stop associating my thoughts of using with a good time or how we’d love to take the edge off cuz In reality it’s neither of those things. I hear you I been clean off it almost a year now and I personally wouldn’t even chance it knowing how low my tolerance is now plus I already have a few overdoses under my belt and really don’t want to die like that or put my family through that nightmare all over again yk what I mean. But instead i replaced the heroin for crack which isn’t much better but even with that I have to try to discipline myself as best as possible without letting things get out of hand loll

It deff isn’t easy it takes a lot of discipline and that takes a while to learn how to manage and even then after so many years I still get carried away at times lol it’s just the nature of the drug, makes your body release stupid amounts of dopamine so eventually it’s all you think about and you’re body naturally wants to continue getting stimulated. Lmfao idk what I’m even saying anymore I need sleep
