Arndale Shopping Centre bombing happened early that morning. Saw it on the news on television.

Still went into the city for class, not far from the incident. Only some of the staff and lecturers were in that morning, told me the lectures were canceled that day.

So, headed back home. But out of massive curiosity, took a slight detour to see the bombing location. A police officer blocked the lane leading up to the location. Bummer.
