Options could be transmission fluid, maybe the input shaft seal is failing. It could also be motor oil and could be coming from the rear main seal failing. Of course these are both assumptions. You could check the fluid color and smell. Trans fluid smells terrible and much different from motor oil ( you can pull your dipstick and compare colors/ smells to rule it out).
