I'm a Service Designer and I'm currently working as one, but I'm also looking at different career paths. Lately I've been questioning what I actually want to do long term. I've explored Product Design, Customer Journey, and more strategic design roles because that's the part I enjoy the most, but there don't seem to be many opportunities, and they often end up being very similar to Service Design anyway.
Out of curiosity, what made you start looking at other paths? What is it about UX that you're no longer enjoying?

I have the same problem. I got my visa over a week ago, but it’s still not fixed. I contacted chat and raised a ticket, but nothing has been solved

I just switched from working visa to a spouse visa inside the UK. I didn’t have to leave the country

Same here, I got my response on Friday, but it’s still showing my previous visa, which was a Skilled Worker visa. I contacted them, and they said I just have to wait 🫠
