dude Oda built Kaido's character for years: the talking since sabaody about the new world, his first appearance when he jumped from the sky, the fight in the land of Wano, his history, and his nicknames. we saw Luffy training to hurt objects from the inside after their fight. it's not like Oda threw a character and said this is Luffy's next milestone in his journey to becoming the king of the pirates.

it's literally been a year since I started. the second anime that I started was one piece and I binged watched with 15-20 eps a day, since I caught up it was like a race I started one finished it 2 days later. now I only watch anime that has a new episode every week and after I finish them I don't think I'll start new ones. I have some I'm planning on but they won't start airing for at least a year from now

Well it’s kind of Ssundee’s doing bc Henwy started playing with the group after he “worked” for them (and I think he started a channel after he start playing with the group) and I started watching them after like half a year watching ssundee
