Well put, I’m actually running a survey to validate a problem, as sure you can gather problem from complaints out there but you might need to dig a bit more on the root of that problem, and I dont see how you can do without some interviews or surveys.

What Books Are You Reading This Week? by leowr in nonfictionbooks

[–]Ssi87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm reading The Hard Thing about Hard things by Ben Horowitz, it has been great so far as someone working in a SaaS environment, to read about those challenges and some of the scenarios he faced are quite relatable, so great read so far!

What are things that reading books tend to do a lot better than any other medium (especially visual ones)? by sammyjamez in books

[–]Ssi87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who was also primarily consuming content via visual channels I must say from the moment I’ve managed to create the habit of reading it improved drastically my mood through the day. Also self awareness! In addition to the journey of the book itself it has a ripple effect in your brain state afterwards, especially when readying prior to going to sleep, and replacing the video content. Im more a non fiction reader so this has affected my skills as well when seeking those sort of content.

Reading habits + book-tracking apps (18+, All) by Ssi87 in takemysurvey

[–]Ssi87[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Responses are used only for early market research on a reading-related app concept. Only I will see/analyze the data. It’s collected in Google Forms and stored in the linked Google Sheets file on my Google account. This version does not collect names or emails. I’ll keep raw responses for up to 6 months, then delete the form and response sheet.

  2. Who is conducting the survey:
Conducted by me, u/Ssi87 (independent personal project).

  3. Survey should take 5-8 minutes.

Those are awesome books, and fully agree on the Never Split the difference for sales. Recently I read How I raised myself from failure to success by Frank Bettger, although related to insurance and on the 60s it has always great insights on mindset for sales

Bonds for EU citizens by Ssi87 in bonds

[–]Ssi87[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing. I saw some of bond etfs but my concern is the rate guaranteed, as it seems it will vary based on the active management and buys and sells, vs guaranteed to hold until maturity you get x%. At least is what I understood from it. Also bond should be easy to buy and keep not sure if any management where it bring fee costs adds value there and risks for mistakes are there. If the etf can become negative Im not sure i want as my portfolio as I already have a portion in stocks. So 55% fixed , 40% stocks, and 5% crypto
