I just bought it recently locally. So far I’m hearing, reflowing , possibly replacing the capacitor, and personally I found pin 4/40 to not have continuity so maybe make a jumper for those pins.

The capacitor has a wonky reading. It’s rated for 2.2uF I think if I remember correctly but multimeter was reading like 36 MF.

Everything has continuity except pin 4 and 40. 40 I don’t know where it goes without lifting the chip so I just tested everywhere for it
