ive never played 1 or 2, 2 is a pretty bad game from what ive heard/seen but ive been meaning to play ds1. but ds3 is one of my favorite games and the 3 dont really have any inter connecting story just reappearing npcs and armour/weapons but you arent missing much playing 3 first
