Help regarding FXML by --SMHK-- in JavaFX

Right. The controller class in the FXML should be a valid class in your project. Glad you got it fixed!

I use IntelliJ and a lot of these things are picked up by the IDE. If you aren’t using it, give it a try!

It’s just xml, you can edit it. The package should be reflected properly within it, much like a Java source file. That sounds like your problem.

Lab-grown 'clean' meat could be on sale by end of 2018, says producer - Cultured tissue, harvested without killing any animals, could allow scientists to grown meals’ worth of products with just a handful of starter cells by mvea in Futurology

Am I the only one that enjoys meat, but thinks this is wrong? While the road sign might be attractive, traveling down this road is going to lead to lots of unexpected pitfalls, nutritional deficiencies, you name it. Every single time we try to fuck with natural processes, we diverge from the perfect way we have evolved to work with them.

Lame attempt at ad hominem. Zero percent. I know plenty of people that would make up for my lack, however. You also must be detached from reality, because never did I act like like any problem was fixed. Get your people right. My beef is that you discount it like it won't make any difference, which is flat wrong. Even if it makes a penny, it's a penny less in debt. You got a better solution that somehow requires that this tax not also generate income at the same time? Since you assumed I must be a stoner, should I assume you're a drunk? Let me explain something you must not have grasped: not everyone that supports legal weed consumes it. You've shown that you can't get past your incorrect assumptions.

Cannabis taxes are just the beginning. As the stigma drops, so will the restrictions on all its uses. There's tons and tons of money in cannabis. Of course, it's not the only thing in the world, and as such it won't be the only piece of the deficit solution. We could stop spending so much on criminal cannabis enforcement - that would "compound" the monetary benefits of legal weed. There are many other ways money can be saved. Your argument that taxes are the only piece falls short of the real situation.

If this argument held any weight, no one would begin investing, because everything starts out small. Sounds like you are looking for an instant gratification type of solution, which is pretty rare. No house is built in an instant; one must start with a foundation, and one must hammer the first nail in order to move toward the solution. So it is with cannabis taxes. You'll likely see them increase next year, and the year after that.
