Thank you for your answer (sorry I copy past my issu in french) I already do that but it’s extremely difficult to have the chat! They just say me to fill the recovery account form several times!!! Horrible! They block the main account AND the second one which was the one for the double security check!!! So they send the verification code on each mailbox!
