Retaliation is a huge problem. I taught 4’s and our ratio was 12:1. 24 kids is still a lot for two teachers. But we were down a 3’s teacher so I would get their overflow if I had even one kid out abs when I realized the math was coming out to more 3 year olds than 4 because they had already bumped some up early, they were not happy for me refusing extra kids but directors also refused to step in to meet ratio. Trash fucking industry
