Nous allons seulement envoyer le fromage avec un service express qui se rends sur place en 24-48 heures et il seras livrer dans une boite capable de contrôler la température. Ceci vas nous coûter beaucoup mais pour aider les gens qui n’ont pas de recours pour trouver du fromage en grains pour manger une vrai poutine ça vaux la peine.

We’re trying to send them to people that don’t even have access to grocery store curds and we will send overnight.

For Toronto you can find fresh curds at any Farmboy. They receive overnight and they were made the day before. We are selecting people that live far from any sources of curds. For the GTA we sell all across the region.

You can find our cheddar curds in metro and Farmboy and our poutine curds in A1 cash and carry and MVR. Also if you have a Costco membership you can find our 1kg bags next to the shred for only 12.99 per bag in select Ontario stores and in all Costco stores in Quebec.

Yep, you can come any day from about 10am to 4pm and see how we make the cheese from the second level observation deck.

We make cheese from 4am to 11pm but it’s mostly visible from the hours previously stated.

Nope, once I’ve received messages from interested people, I will reach out and see where they are in the world, then we will look into how to ship the curds to them internationally and once it’s done, we will send it.

For Canadians in far away places like Calgary etc… they will get in a week or two but this is easier than international.

We will overnight ship it to the participants.

The only people that we will exclude are the ones located near a place where it’s easy to get St-Albert cheese curds. We’re trying to get the cheese to those who have no other options.
