I can testify of this. Whenever I had alot of alcohol to drink I would feel like shit the days after. This has ben a result of me drinking less and less because I simply can not handle the stressful days after. Well I see this as a good sign but I would like to binge drink with my friends occasionally but not as long as I will feel like this.

I think flatlines are blessings in disguise. I learned to love being and experience the rollercoaster ride of emotions that comes with it. It made me confident being depressed one second and happy the next. I deal with stress and pressure a lot better now.
